This task force focuses on major drug dealers who are considered to have an impact on the greater Richmond Metro area, and is made up of an investigator from each of the following agencies:
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Chesterfield
- City of Richmond
- Hanover
- Henrico
- Petersburg
- Virginia State Police
