Hanover, VA – Jorge Alfredo Cisneros-Jerez, 42, is wanted by the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office for indecent exposure. He is also wanted by Richmond Police Department for obscene photography, Powhatan County Sheriff’s Office for computer harassment and Ashland Police Department for indecent exposure.
Cisneros-Jerez is described as a Hispanic male, with black hair and brown eyes, 5’7” tall, and weighs approximately 160 pounds. He is also known to frequent the southside of Richmond.
