Hanover, VA – On April 19, 2017, as the result of a lengthy investigation, investigators have arrested James Ivory Clark, 50, of Richmond, on multiple counts of Distribution of a Schedule I/II narcotic.
In the fall of 2016, investigators received information that James Clark was selling narcotics from his residence on Bourne Road.
Investigators initiated an investigation which led to Clark’s arrest on April 19, 2017. Investigators executed search warrants at residences located on the 1700 block of Winder Street in the City of Richmond and the 15000 block of Bourne Road in Hanover County. The search warrants yielded multiple firearms at both locations, a large amount of U.S. currency and narcotics.

As a result of our investigators’ hard work, a large amount of illegal narcotics and firearms were taken out of our community. I would also like to thank our partners at the Richmond Police Department for their assistance,” said Colonel David R. Hines, Sheriff.
James Ivory Clark is currently being held at the Pamunkey Regional Jail without bond.
