Hanover, VA – Today, March 22, 2019, Hanover County Sheriff’s Office investigators and members from the Southern Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children/FBI Child Exploitation Task Forces, arrested Simeon Isaiah Crispin Steers-Smith, 30, of Richmond, Virginia. After executing a search warrant, Steers-Smith was charged with three felony counts of use of a communications system to facilitate certain offenses involving children.
Steers-Smith is being held at the Chesterfield County Jail with no bond.

Agencies with officers included in the Task Force are Chesterfield, Richmond, Henrico, and Hopewell Police Departments, FBI, and Homeland Security.
