Colonel Hines, Lt. Colonel Davidson, Lieutenant Terry Sullivan and Investigator Robbie Hess were recently honored at the Global SHIELD Conference in Baltimore for their work in supporting the Global SHIELD initiative and their work in designing and implementing the first inaugural international conference which set the template for this international initiative.

SHIELD is a global effort to keep our communities informed of those significant events occurring around our country and the world that might impact our community. Any citizen can partner with their Sheriff’s Office and be connected with the SHIELD initiative. Partners receive alerts, newsletters and updated information on resources for our community.
