On Monday May 4th, the Sheriff’s Office received a call in the Kings Charter area regarding a suspicious situation. A citizen reported that their teenage child was called out by a driver of a stopped pickup truck while walking in the neighborhood. The driver did not get out of his vehicle and immediately drove away. The Sheriff’s Office was able to confirm that a black pickup was captured on a home video camera at the time and location of the incident. The vehicle was described as black with a gray camper shell and a Trump sticker on the back. The driver was described as a large white male, red hair and beard, 30-40 years of age, wearing a red shirt and a tattoo on his left wrist. This appears to be an isolated incident.
