UPDATE – Tru Sherman has been located safe and was reunited with her family.

Hanover, Va. – The Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile.
On December 14, 2021, deputies were dispatched to an abandoned vehicle on Washington Highway in Doswell. Once on scene, deputies discovered the vehicle was associated with Tru Sherman, a juvenile who has been reported missing out of Stone County, Missouri.
Sherman is still believed to be in the metro Richmond area.

Sherman is described as a white female, 5’5” tall, weighs 160 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
According to detectives with the Stone County Sheriff’s Office (MO) she is in the company of her boyfriend, Mark Edwin Gary. His photograph is attached.
