Update: Samuel W. Moore has been located safe and has been reunited with his family.

HANOVER, Va. – The Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help with locating a missing juvenile with autism.
Samuel W. Moore, 12, was last seen in the area of the 14000 block of Broddies Trail, Ashland, at approximately 10:15 AM. Moore is described as a white male, 5’9”, 130-145 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He may be wearing a black hooded jacket and dark colored jeans. Moore may be carrying a mesh backpack.
Anyone with information as to if they provided Samuel Moore a ride, saw him walking, or know of his whereabouts, is asked to contact the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office at (804) 365-6140 or the Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637 (CRIMES), using the keyword “iTip” followed by their tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
