Arrests Made in Larceny Case

Hanover, Va. – After a thorough investigation into the theft of numerous catalytic converters, investigators with the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office have charged and arrested two individuals believed to be responsible for these crimes.
 
Herbert D. Jones, Jr., 28, of Richmond and Christopher Meeks, 38, of Henrico have both been charged with the following crimes: Grand Larceny – F (x2), Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, Vandalism – F (x2), Trespassing and Possession of Burglary Tools – F.
 
Both Jones and Meeks are currently incarcerated at Pamunkey Regional Jail and their photos are attached.
 
The Sheriff’s Office is also requesting assistance from our community in locating one individual who was believed to be involved in these crimes that has yet to be located. Kristopher M. Williams, 31, of Richmond is currently wanted on the same charges as listed above.
 
Williams is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5’6” tall and weighs 400 pounds. Williams’ photograph is attached.
