Suspect Wanted for Construction Fraud

 
Hanover, Va. – The Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Geoffrey Scott Cash, 34, of Midlothian. Cash is currently wanted by the Sheriff’s Office for Construction Fraud (F).
 
Cash is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 6’1” tall and weighs 225 pounds.
 
Investigators are requesting that any Hanover County citizen who recognizes Cash and believes they have been the victim of fraud to please contact the Sheriff’s Office. Cash is believed to be operating an unlicensed business named “Refresh Remodeling, LLC.”
 
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Geoffrey Scott Cash is asked to contact the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office at (804) 365-6140 or the Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000.
