Suspect Wanted for Grand Larceny

UPDATE – After a thorough investigation and numerous tips received from our community, a suspect has been identified in connection to the larceny that occurred at Lowes in Mechanicsville on September 27, 2022.
 
The Hanover County Sheriff’s Office now, once again, requests the public’s assistance in locating Frank Dustin Luman, 38, of Richmond. Luman is currently wanted for Grand Larceny (F).
 
Luman is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 6’2” tall and weighs approximately 185 pounds.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Frank Luman is asked to contact the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office at (804) 365-6140 or the Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000.  Citizens can also download the “P3 Tips” app for their mobile device to submit their tip.  Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
